目的:分析在血常规检验中使用血涂片分析的价值。方法:选取我院采集的100例血样标本作为研究对象,对其分别进行血常规检查以及全自动血细胞分析仪检查,对其检查成果进行对比分析。结果:经检验,100例血样标本中,全自动血细胞分析仪检查成果中正常标本率为95.00%,异常标本率为5.00%;血涂片分析成果中正常标本率为74.00%,异常标本率为26.00%;血涂片分析均明显高于血常规分析,且P<0.05。结论:在血常规检验中使用血涂片分析的血常规检查法,有助于提高检出率,对临床治疗的有效性具有较高的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the value of using blood smears in routine blood tests. Methods: 100 samples of blood collected in our hospital were selected as the research object, and their blood routine examination and automatic hematology analyzer examination were carried out respectively, and their inspection results were compared and analyzed. Results: In the 100 blood samples, the rate of normal samples was 95.00% and the rate of abnormal samples was 5.00% in the blood samples; the percentage of normal samples in blood smears was 74.00%, and the rate of abnormal samples was 26.00%; blood smears were significantly higher than the blood analysis, and P <0.05. Conclusion: The routine blood test for blood smear analysis in blood tests can help to improve the detection rate, which is of great value in clinical treatment.
