媒介融合的多元化发展格局,对高校新闻专业办学定位和办学思路提出了新要求。探索新闻专业人才培养创新途径,确立人才培养新定位,实施学科基础宽厚、课程特色鲜明、具有前瞻性的人才培养方案;探索“请进来”与“走出去”的有效对接人才培养模式;尝试专业教师“请进来”“走出去”、专业学习“引进来”“走出去”、建立“高校+媒体”的校媒合作机制等有效措施,整体提高高等新闻教育质量。
