目的:分析十字交叉心(CH)的彩色多普勒超声心动图图像特征,评价多普勒超声心动图诊断CH的准确性。方法:回顾性分析40例CH患者的超声检测结果,并与其外科手术结果相对照。结果:40例患者中超声心动图诊断正确23例(占57.5.6%),漏诊23例(占42.5%)。40例CH患者中,25例合并右室双出口,9例合并大动脉转位,3例合并肺动脉闭锁,其他3例。结论:多普勒超声心动图可以较准确地诊断CH,但需与上下心室相鉴别。
Objective: To analyze the color Doppler echocardiographic features of cross heart (CH) and evaluate the accuracy of Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of CH. Methods: The ultrasound findings of 40 CH patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of their surgeries. Results: In 40 patients, the echocardiography was correctly diagnosed in 23 cases (57.5%) and missed diagnosis in 23 cases (42.5%). Of the 40 patients with CH, 25 had right ventricular double outlet, 9 had transposition of the great arteries, 3 had pulmonary atresia, and the other 3 patients. Conclusion: Doppler echocardiography can be more accurate diagnosis of CH, but the upper and lower ventricular phase to be differentiated.
