人类精子库的建立经历了200多年的历程。以液氮(-196℃)替代干冰(-79℃),特别是加入冷冻保护剂,使冷冻精液技术获得突破性进展,冷冻保护剂以1%甘油,1∶1甘油-蛋黄-枸橼酸钠的保护作用好。目前所用的冷冻贮存方法主要有:直接冷冻法,三阶段冷冻法,及慢冷却-快冷冻-复苏三种方法,其中以后者效果最佳,精子的损伤最少。本文比较了新鲜精液和冷冻精液人工授精的妊娠成功率,认为:二者总妊娠率相同或接近,而妊娠所需时间后者几乎是前者的一倍。另外,女性潜在的受孕能力也是影响人工授精妊娠成功率的一个因素。
