3月中下旬,省最严格水资源管理制度考核工作联席会议组织对各市及省管县2013年度实行最严格水资源管理制度目标任务完成情况进行了考核。本次考核共分省水利厅、省发展改革委、省经信委、省统计局4个组进行考察。考核结果将作为对各市县人民政府主要负责人和领导班子综合考核评价的重要依据。2013年,在全省经济持续增长的情况下,万元GDP用水量较上年下降超过4%,万元工业增加值用水量下降超过6%,全面完成省政府下达的年度目标任务;完成20个集中式饮用水源地达标建设、地下水超采区治理、水资源费和南水北调基金征收任务;太湖治理实现安全度夏。
In mid-to-late March, the joint meeting of the province’s most stringent water resources management system assessment conducted an assessment of the completion of the targets and tasks of the most rigorous water resources management system implemented by cities and provinces in 2013. The assessment consists of four departments: Provincial Water Resources Department, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Economic and Credit Commission and Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The assessment results will serve as an important basis for the overall assessment and appraisal of the principals and leading bodies of people’s governments in all cities and counties. In 2013, under the condition of sustained economic growth in the province, the water consumption of 10,000 yuan of GDP dropped more than 4% over the previous year and the water consumption of 10,000 yuan of industrial added value decreased by more than 6%.
