计算机技术是信息工作的核心,应用计算机技术可使信息的加工、存贮、传递和管理工作现代化,计算机与通讯技术相结合,使信息传递实现网络化。当今,通过网络获取信息已成为人们的共识。档案作为信息资源的一个重要组成部分,也越来越受到人们的关注。怎样应用现代化手段,通过网络技术来达到最大限度地开发档案信息资源,发挥档案的最佳效益,这是摆在我们档案人员面前的新课题,笔者就如何建立档案信息网络的角度谈谈自己的想法。
Computer technology is the core of information work. The application of computer technology can modernize the processing, storage, delivery and management of information, combine the computer with the communication technology, and make the information transmission network. Today, getting information through the Internet has become a consensus. Archives as an important part of information resources, but also more and more people’s attention. How to apply modern means to achieve the maximum development of archival information resources and the best benefit of archives through network technology are the new topics before our archivists. The author talks about how to establish archives information network idea.
