本文用归纳法从理论和实践两个方面分析论述了水土保持生态、经济、社会效益之间的关系和地位。作者认为生态效益是经济效益的前提和基础;经济效益是生态效益的体现和保障;而社会效益则是随前两者的产生而产生。三者之中,生态效益是第一位的。
This article analyzes and discusses the relationship and status between ecology, economy and social benefits of soil and water conservation from two aspects of theory and practice through inductive method. The author believes that ecological benefits are the prerequisite and foundation of economic benefits; economic benefits are the embodiment and guarantee of ecological benefits; and social benefits are generated with the previous two. Among the three, ecological benefits are the top priority.
