用SHS铝热-离心法制备了氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管,研究了影响制备陶瓷内村复合钢管质量的有关工艺,分析了复合钢管的组织和性能.结果表明,内衬陶瓷由Al2O3、铁铝尖晶石和莫来石等相组成,采取预热粉料和加入添加剂等工艺后,其致密度可达91%,硬度可达1327~1548HV。
Alumina ceramic lined composite steel tubes were prepared by SHS aluminothermic-centrifugal method. The relevant technologies that affected the quality of the composite steel tubes were investigated. The microstructure and properties of the composite steel tubes were analyzed. The results show that the lined ceramic is composed of Al2O3, Fe - Al spinel and mullite, and the densification can reach 91% and the hardness can reach 1327 ~ 1548 HV after preheating powder and adding additives.
