采用自制的低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置制备A356半固态浆料,研究了转管旋转速度对半固态A356合金组织细化及圆整度的影响;模拟了不同转速条件下的金属熔体在转管内的流动形态,并分析了转管旋转速度对A356合金组织影响机理。结果表明,在浇注温度和转管倾斜角度一定时,转管旋转速度对A356合金组织有显著影响。转管旋转速度在70~110 r/min范围内能够获得理想的近球形半固态浆料微观组织,转管旋转速度过小或过大都无法获得理想的半固态浆料。
A356 semi-solid slurry was prepared by self-made semi-solid slurry preparation equipment of low-speed delivery tube. The effect of rotating speed of tube on microstructure and roundness of semi-solid A356 alloy was studied. The effects of metal melting Body flow in the tube, and analyzed the mechanism of the rotation speed of the tube on the microstructure of A356 alloy. The results show that the rotation speed of the tube has a significant effect on the microstructure of A356 alloy when the pouring temperature and the tilt angle of the tube are constant. The ideal near-spherical semi-solid slurry microstructure can be obtained when the rotating speed of the rotating tube is in the range of 70-110 r / min. If the rotating speed of the rotating tube is too small or too large, the ideal semi-solid slurry can not be obtained.
