上颌骨含牙囊肿及骨化纤维瘤的病例一般为单独发病,同时并存的病例少见,现将我院收治的1例报告如下。女患,14岁,学生。住院号142688。于1988年3月21日,因左面部不明原因肿胀并逐渐增大4月余而来我院就诊。经 X 线拍片诊断为左上颌骨含牙囊肿、左上颌骨纤维异样增殖症不能除外,收住院行手术治疗。患者左颜面部较右侧明显肿胀、隆起,皮肤色泽正常,触之质硬,疼痛不明显,左鼻底轻度突起,左唇龈粘膜处明显外凸呈卵形,触之无波动感,质地较硬,+~(34)缺如。第一次手术于1988年3月24日在强化加局麻下行左上颌骨含牙囊肿切除术,当切开唇龈粘膜向上分离时即发现上颌骨表面呈乳白色分块状软骨样组织,上颌骨正常标志消失,取下的上颌骨表面分块状骨呈茎块样、半
