思想政治课一方面是文化知识课,它要向学生传授知识;另一方面又要向学生授之以“德”,根本目的是提高学生的思想政治觉悟、道德情操、教会做人——做合格的社会主义事业接班人。但是,目前思想政治课教学的确存在一种“非德育”或曰“短视”倾向。其表现有: 一是“文化”倾向。所谓“文化”倾向,就是把思想政治课的思想教育功能丢在一边,而将它上成文化知识课这种课,对知识点讲得既全面又有深度,偶然也缀十几句“德育”词句,但与实际脱离,与行为分割。甚至对于教材中落后于现实的内容,授者依然照本宣科胶柱鼓瑟哇喇哇喇。 二是“非科学”倾向。所谓“非科学”倾向,就是否定思想政治课的德育的科学性质,认为思想政治课就是要跟着形势转,从而否定他的科学性。 三是“知盛行衰”倾向。所谓“知盛行衰”倾向,就是重知识,轻实践;重课堂教学,轻社会实践;重知识考查,轻行为规范。知识传授有余,行为指导不足。
