电信行业近年来增幅乏力,利润空间日益趋小,运维成本财务管控急需适应新的环境。本文以A市电信企业为例,将运维成本分为运行成本和维护成本进行分析,并点出了铁塔公司的存在对运维成本带来的压力。最后提出财务部门应在事前、事中、事后环节对运维成本的进行全过程管控,同时财务部门要成长为企业对外谈判的助力。
In recent years, the telecom industry has experienced sluggish growth and increasingly smaller profit margins. The financial management and control of operation and maintenance costs urgently need to adapt to the new environment. In this paper, A city telecom enterprises, for example, the operation and maintenance costs will be divided into operating costs and maintenance analysis, and point out the existence of the tower company O & M costs pressure. Finally, it is suggested that the finance department should manage and control the operation and maintenance costs in advance, during and afterwards, and at the same time, the finance department should grow into the aid for the negotiation of the overseas negotiations.
