随着如今大学生毕业人数的不断增加,大学生面临的就业压力越来越大,对于非本科的高职学校而言,其竞争更是压力山大。时代的发展要求高职学校必须谋求新的发展模式,而日渐新起的校企协同育人的模式作为一种培养创新型应用型人才的模式,成为广大高职学校的必要选择。但是在现实生活中我们发现其实很多高职学校对于校企合作的与人方式并没有足够的认识,有些虽然开展了类似的半血模式,但是在其层次、规模、深度等方面任然有待进一步的挖掘。所以本文就校企联合育人机制的内涵、现状以及相应的改进意见进行了初步的分析。
With the gradual increase of college graduates, college students are facing more and more employment pressure. For non-undergraduate higher vocational schools, the competition is even more stressful. The development of the times requires that higher vocational schools must seek new development modes. However, the emerging model of school-enterprise cooperation and education as a mode of cultivating innovative and applied talents has become the necessary choice for the majority of higher vocational schools. However, in real life, we find that in fact many vocational schools do not have enough understanding of the ways to cooperate with schools and enterprises. Although some have carried out a similar half-blood model, they still have to wait further for their level, scale and depth Excavation. Therefore, this paper carries out a preliminary analysis on the connotation, current status and corresponding improvement suggestions of the joint educational mechanism between school and enterprises.
