江苏教育出版社在1998年3月出版了十二卷本《朱自清全集》的后四卷,其中第九、十两卷为朱自清日记,第十卷为书信集。记得谢泳所著《教授当年》一书中有一篇名为“传记不如年谱,年谱不如日记”的文章,这个题目应该说是有相当的道理,例如研究胡适先生,不去精读他自成系统的日记、书信等第一手资料,是不可思议的;而研究朱自清先生不读两卷日记和书信,其研究深度和真实性,也颇值得怀疑。两卷朱自清日记,若从1931年8月到1948年8月算起,还比较完整,朱先生的日常生活,如创作、研究、
