本研究测定了24例眼房水和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)总活力和其同工酶(LDH_1、LDH_2、LDH_3、LDH_4、LDH_5)其中12例患视网膜母细胞瘤,12例为非视网膜母细胞瘤。12例视网膜母细胞瘤病人房水LDH总活力平均值为1807单位/100毫升。12例非视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH总活力平均值为182.6单位/100毫升。视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH浓度高于非视网膜母细胞瘤者。 12例视网膜母细胞瘤血清LDH 总活力平均值为447.5单位/100毫升,房水LDH浓度明显高于血清者,房水/血清比大于1(4.49)。非视网膜母细胞瘤血清LDH总活力平均值为375单位/100毫升,房水 LDH浓度低于血清者。房水/血清比小于1(0.54)。视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH_3、LDH_4、LDH_5 比血清者明显增高,而LDH_2减少,LDH_1明显减少,LDH_4/LDH_1大于1,在诊断上有特异性。由于视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH总活力明显增高,LDH同工酶也有异常改变,因之测定视网膜母细胞瘤病人房水LDH总活力及其同工酶对其诊断上似有一定的价值。
In this study, 24 cases of aqueous humor and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) total activity and its isoenzyme (LDH_1, LDH_2, LDH_3, LDH_4, LDH_5) of which 12 cases of retinoblastoma, 12 cases of non-retinal B cells. The average LDH activity of aqueous humor in 12 patients with retinoblastoma was 1807 units / 100 ml. 12 cases of non-retinoblastoma aqueous humor total LDH activity of 182.6 units / 100 ml. Retinoblastoma aqueous humor LDH concentrations higher than non-retinoblastoma. The average serum LDH activity of 12 cases of retinoblastoma was 447.5 units / 100 ml, LDH concentration in aqueous humor was significantly higher than that in serum, and the ratio of aqueous humor / serum was greater than 1 (4.49). Non-retinoblastoma serum LDH total activity of 375 units / 100 ml, atrial LDH concentrations lower than serum. Aqueous / serum ratio less than 1 (0.54). Retinoblastoma aqueous humor LDH_3, LDH_4, LDH_5 than the serum were significantly higher, while LDH_2 decreased, LDH_1 significantly reduced, LDH_4 / LDH_1 greater than 1, in the diagnosis of specificity. As the total LDH activity in aqueous humor of rat retinoblastoma is significantly increased and the LDH isoenzyme also changes abnormally, it is of some value to determine the total activity of LDH and its isozymes in aqueous humor of patients with retinoblastoma.
