体操运动员选材的模糊评估系统（FESSG）是建立在体操运动员选材多因素过程的基础上，本文通过实例介绍了FESSG的理论依据、方法，及该程序的特点、功能、结构等，它简化了运动员选材的过程，具有可操作性，在体育领域具有推广意义。
