2007年底获批“全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革实验区”的长株潭城市群在发展静脉产业上刚刚起步,本文结合长株潭城市群发展现状,指出发展静脉产业是构建长株潭城市群环境友好型社会的必然选择,并针对长株潭城市群静脉产业发展困境提出配套静脉产业发展规划、建立健全地方性法律法规、加大科技研发力度和提高公众资源环境意识等建设性建议。
