[目的]了解阆中市消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡率及其动态变化 ,为防治工作提供依据。[方法]依照当地居民全死因死亡资料分析消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡率、变动趋势及其对居民期望寿命的影响。[结果]阆中市消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡率呈逐年上升趋势 ,男性从1981年的101.89/10万上升至2000年的212.70/10万 ,女性由76.44/10万上升至149.55/10万 ,20年间分别上升了108.76%和95.64%。1981年~2000年食管癌死亡在癌总死亡中的比例下降了36.04% ,胃癌、肝癌及肠癌分别上升了50.97%、58.13%和130.00% ;食管癌死亡在全死因中的比例无明显变化 ,胃癌、肝癌及肠癌分别上升了172.58%、184.80%和316.00% ;食管癌、胃癌、肝癌及肠癌死亡率呈上升趋势 ,其中以肠癌上升幅度最高为404.43% ;消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡对男性居民健康危害较大 ;出生队列死亡率分析结果表明 ,出生年代越晚 ,上升速度越快。[结论]阆中市消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡率呈上升趋势 ,建议在改善医疗条件、采取综合防治措施的基础上 ,对食管癌进行重点防治的同时 ,应加强胃癌、肝癌及肠癌的防治工作。
[Objective] To understand the digestive system malignant tumor mortality rate and its dynamic change in Huangzhong City and provide basis for prevention and cure. [Methods] According to the data of all cause deaths of local residents, the mortality rate of digestive system malignancies, trend of change and the impact on life expectancy of residents were analyzed. [Results] The mortality rate of digestive system malignant tumor in Langzhong City was increasing year by year, with the male rising from 101.89 / 100000 in 1981 to 212.70 / 100000 in 2000 and the female increasing from 76.44 / 100000 to 149.55 / 100000. In 20 years Respectively, up 108.76% and 95.64%. The proportion of death from esophageal cancer in cancer from 1981 to 2000 decreased by 36.04%, gastric cancer, liver cancer and colorectal cancer increased by 50.97%, 58.13% and 130.00% respectively. There was no significant difference in the proportion of death from esophageal cancer among all causes of death , Cancer of the stomach, liver and intestine increased by 172.58%, 184.80% and 316.00% respectively. The mortality of esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and intestinal cancer showed an upward trend, with the highest increase of intestinal cancer being 404.43%. [Conclusion] The mortality rate of digestive system malignant tumors in Langzhong City is on the rise. It is suggested that the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer, liver cancer and colorectal cancer should be strengthened while improving the medical conditions and taking comprehensive prevention and treatment measures.
