职业教育相对于普通教育来说有更强的技能性,因此,培养职业学校学生的职业素质是职业教育的核心内容。作为职业学校的教育者,如果想要使学生成为高素质的技术人才,首先应该在教学中注意培养学生的职业素养。教育者应当在每个教学科目中注意向学生灌输这一思想,让学生重视职业素养。
Vocational education has more skills than general education. Therefore, cultivating the vocational quality of vocational school students is the core content of vocational education. As a vocational school educator, if you want to make students become highly qualified technical personnel, we should first pay attention to cultivating the professionalism of students in teaching. Educators should pay attention to instilling this idea in every teaching subject so as to make students attach importance to professional accomplishment.
