为满足国家电网公司送电工程专业新员工培训需求,研究开发了职业生涯规划导向的“输电线路工程监理”培训课程。课程内容设置,力求与新员工职业生涯发展规划不同阶段的岗位能力和专业技能要求密切相关,提升学员对培训内容的认同感,有效地激发了学员参加培训的内在驱动力。探索了集中授课与网络课堂相结合的培训模式,网络课堂的宗旨是搭建一个学员与行业专家交流的平台,通过网络课堂的学习与交流,不仅能解决工作中遇到的技术难题,又能学到最新的施工技术、施工工艺和先进的工程监理的实践经验,对学员职业能力的提升起到加速作用。开发的培训课程已在三期新员工培训教学中进行实践,取得良好效果。
In order to meet the training needs of new employees in power transmission engineering of State Grid Corporation of China, research and development of career-oriented “Transmission Line Project Supervision” training courses have been developed. The content of the course is designed to be closely related to job skills and professional skills requirements of different stages of career development planning for new employees. Students’ awareness of training contents is enhanced, and the intrinsic motivation of trainees in training is effectively stimulated. Exploring the combination of centralized teaching and online classroom training mode, the purpose of the online classroom is to build a platform for the exchange of trainees and industry experts. Through the study and exchange of online classrooms, not only can the technical problems encountered in the work be solved, To the latest construction technology, construction technology and advanced engineering supervision of practical experience, to enhance the professional ability of students to play an accelerated role. Development of training courses have been implemented in the three new staff training and teaching, and achieved good results.
