扇烟牌是流行于本世纪初至七十年代青岛市和其他城市儿童中的一种游戏活动。 本世纪初,香烟由国外传入青岛。那时,香烟的品牌不下十几种,旦烟盒包装精美。大人们吸完香烟剩下的空烟盒,以及烟盒中的小画片儿,是儿童们十分喜欢的玩艺儿。孩子们把烟盒中的小画片儿叫“烟牌”,把用烟盒纸折成的方型牌也叫烟牌。为了相互得到这些广受欢迎的烟牌,便形成了扇烟牌的游戏。其游戏玩法有多种,现简要介绍几种玩法: 手拍法:该法是由两人或多人共同组阵,牌具就是用烟盒中的画片,游戏开始前,多用“剪、包、锤”决击先后顺序。把烟牌合在一起,按顺序依次劲拍,靠所产生的风力扇动烟牌,翻身者为“胜利品”。
