目的 探讨Hp感染在胃癌及癌前病变中的作用机制。方法 应用分子生物学方法检测c Ha ras和p5 3基因点突变。结果 Hp阳性患者c Ha ras和 p5 3基因的突变发生率明显高于Hp阴性患者 ;胃癌组Hp阳性患者中c Ha ras和 p5 3的突变率显著高于阴性患者。 结论 Hp的感染可能和胃癌的发生有关 ,基因突变可能是Hp致胃癌的作用机制之一
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Hp infection in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods The molecular mutations of c Ha ras and p5 3 were detected by molecular biology method. Results The mutation rates of c Ha ras and p5 3 genes in Hp positive patients were significantly higher than those in Hp negative patients. The mutation rates of c Ha ras and p5 3 in Hp positive patients in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in negative patients. Conclusions The infection of Hp may be related to the occurrence of gastric cancer. Mutation may be one of the mechanisms of Hp-induced gastric cancer
