基于对铝合金新材料特性及工艺特性的研究,分析了材料性能、6016-T4自然时效对零件生产的影响,归纳了铝合金材料的特殊特性。同时选取铝合金在典型零部件上的应用情况进行研究,对模拟机罩用铝板的铆接性能试验及涂装性能试验进行对比分析。分析结果表明,铝合金材料在工程应用中有其特殊性,但通过对材料、工艺合理使用,对现有线体进行合理化规划,即可实现铝合金材料在车体上的成熟应用,到车身轻量化的效果。
