目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1(AngiotensinⅡ receptor type 1,AT1R)和受体2((AngiotensinⅡ receptor type 2,AT2R)在小鼠肾小管发育中的表达及其与肾脏发育的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法和体视学方法检测胚龄14、15、16、18天胎鼠及生后1、3天仔鼠肾小管AT1R和AT2R的表达。结果AT1R于胚龄15天开始出现在肾小管,胚龄16天达到高峰,随后表达逐渐减弱,生后3天微量表达;AT2R于胚龄16天开始出现在肾小管,胚龄18天达到高峰,以后表达逐渐减弱,至生后3天基本消失。结论小鼠肾脏发育早期AT1R和AT2R与肾小管的增殖和分化密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor type 1 (AT1R) and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor type 2 (AT2R) in renal tubules and their relationship with renal development in mice.Methods Immunity Histochemistry and stereological methods were used to detect the expression of AT1R and AT2R in renal tubules of 14th, 16th, 16th and 18th day embryos of offspring and postnatal day 1. Results AT1R appeared in renal tubules , Reaching the peak on the 16th day of embryo age, then gradually weakened, and were expressed on the 3rd day after birth. AT2R began to appear in the renal tubules on the 16th day of embryo age and peaked on the 18th day of embryo development, then gradually decreased to 3 days after birth Disappeared.Conclusion The early development of kidney in mice AT1R and AT2R and tubule proliferation and differentiation are closely related.
