本文从礼貌原则出发,指出汉英两种语言文化存在语用差异,以及跨文化交际中常出现的语用失误的六种情况。因此,要使跨语言、跨文化交际获得成功,必须注意汉英两种语言在语用方面的文化差异,在学习英语的过程中,要自觉地将英语同汉语进行比较,从而培养较高的英语语用能力,避免出现语用失误。并且,只有重视积累语用对比方面的知识,才有可能更好地掌握英语,运用英语,从而做到有效的英语教与学。
Based on the principle of politeness, this article points out the pragmatic differences between Chinese and English languages and the six kinds of pragmatic failures often found in intercultural communication. Therefore, in order to make the success of cross-language and cross-cultural communication, we must pay attention to the pragmatic differences between the two languages of Chinese and English. In the process of learning English, we should consciously compare English with Chinese so as to cultivate higher English pragmatic ability to avoid pragmatic failure. And only by focusing on the accumulation of knowledge of pragmatic comparison, is it possible to better master English, use English, so as to achieve effective English teaching and learning.
