预见就是在事物、问题萌发、产生亦即被发现之前,对其进行细致观察研究所作的一种推测、估计。从哲学角度讲,它是人的主观能动性的一个极其重要的表现。科学预见是根据长期的实践所掌握的诸种因果联系,对事物发展的趋势和结局所做的正确断定。以战争而言,军事科学预见必须站在战略高度,运用马克思主义军事哲学原理,分析战争的现状,着眼于战争的未来。从某种角度上说,一个著名的军事家,同时也应该是出色的战略家和卓越的指挥家,朱德就是这样一个兼而有之的大军事家。朱德在战争年代的军事科学预见当然很多,限于篇幅,不可一一提及,本文只撷取其中的几则予以论述。
Anticipation is a speculation and estimation of the careful observation and study of things, problems, and their emergence before they are discovered. From a philosophical point of view, it is an extremely important manifestation of the subjective initiative of people. Scientific foresight is based on long-term practice of various causal links, the development of things and the outcome of the correct conclusion. In terms of war, the military science foresight must stand at a strategic height, use the Marxist philosophy of military philosophy to analyze the current situation of the war and focus on the future of the war. From a certain perspective, a famous military strategist should also be an excellent strategist and an excellent conductor. Zhu De is such a large-scale military strategist. Of course, there are many foreseen military sciences in the era of war by Zhu De. Due to limited space, we can not mention all of them one by one. This article only extracts a few of them to discuss.
