森林是人类生存重要的自然资源,为人类的生产生活提供了物质基础。森林火灾的发生不仅给森林资源带来了极大地破坏,同时也为公众的生命财产安全埋下了隐患。森林火灾保险于2011年开始在云南试点,取得了一定成效。滇中地区的防火期是从12月1日到次年6月15日,森林火灾保险切实关乎农户和相关部门的利益,对森林火灾保险在实施过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策。
Forests are important natural resources for human existence and provide the material basis for human life and production. The occurrence of forest fire not only caused great damage to forest resources, but also laid a hidden danger for the safety of life and property of the public. Forest fire insurance started pilot in Yunnan in 2011 and achieved some success. The period of fire protection in central Yunnan is from December 1 to June 15, and the forest fire insurance is really concerned with the interests of farmers and relevant departments.
