采用数值模拟方法研究了VD精炼过程中不同底吹位置对钢液流场及脱碳过程的影响。研究结果表明:双底吹脱碳效果最好,偏心底吹次之,中心底吹最差;在偏心底吹下,当底吹位置距钢包中心0.4R~0.5R时脱碳效果最好,终点碳的质量分数最低为39×10-6;在双底吹条件下,当底吹位置距钢包中心0.50R~0.65R时脱碳效果最好,终点碳的质量分数最低为25×10-6;与偏心底吹相比,采用双底吹时终点碳的质量分数可降低18%~45%。
The effects of different bottom blow positions on the flow field and decarburization of molten steel during VD refining were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that decarburization is the best at double-bottom blowing, followed by eccentric bottom blowing and bottom blowing at center. Under the eccentric bottom blowing, the decarburization effect is best when the bottom blowing position is 0.4R ~ 0.5R from the ladle center, The lowest carbon content of the final carbon is 39 × 10-6. Under the condition of double bottom blowing, the decarbonization effect is best when the bottom blowing position is 0.50R ~ 0.65R from the ladle center, and the lowest carbon content of the end point is 25 × 10- 6; Compared with eccentric bottom blowing, the carbon content at the end of double bottom blowing can be reduced by 18% -45%.
