新生儿上消化道出血是新生儿科急危症,多因感染、缺氧、早产、喂养不当、维生素K1缺乏等原因引起,临床多以呕血、便血、胃管内抽出咖啡样或鲜红色液体为表现。若出血量大,抢救不及时,严重者导致失血性休克而死亡。
Neonatal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is neonatal acute illness, and more due to infection, hypoxia, premature delivery, improper feeding, vitamin K1 deficiency and other causes, the clinical multi-hematemesis, blood in the stool, the coffee-like tube or bright red liquid drawn which performed. If the amount of bleeding, rescue is not timely, severe cases lead to hemorrhagic shock and death.
