主席团、各位代表先生:我今天把劳动局四个月来的工作及福州市劳资关系上所存在的问题,向会议做一简单的报告,希望大家批评指正。(一)四个月来处理劳资关系情况今年元月六日本局成立至五月五日四个月来,共受理劳资争议案计一○八件,连同本局成立以前,经市总工会筹备会及工商局处理的二○件,共计一二八件。(一)案件性质,如以行业性质来分:为工业六四件占50%(内手工业即占五二件,机器工业一二件);商业四九件占38%,交通运输业

(A) Handling labor relations in four months On January 6 this year, this Council received a total of 108 trial cases of labor-capital disputes for the four months from May 1 to May 5. Before the establishment of this Council, the preparatory work for the Federation of Trade Unions And the Trade and Industry Bureau handled a total of 208 pieces. (A) The nature of the case is divided according to the nature of the industry: 50% for the industrial sector (64% for handicrafts or 12 for machinery); 38% for commercial use (49%), transportation
