新时期的高等职业教育应该更着重于培养适应社会需求、有创新能力的复合型人才。目前高职教育缺少了引导大学生正确定位自己、了解工作、认知岗位等环节;而在高职新生入学时引入职业体验课程不仅可以使学生借此了解社会职业、了解自我职业发展倾向和适合性,也避免了盲目地选择发展专业。高职新生职业体验课程包含三个层面的体验,即职业意识体验、职业知识体验和职业技术体验。笔者依据这三个层面确定了职业体验课程的开发流程,即确定体验领域、体验任务、学习情境,并将其运用于实践中。同时针对在实践中出现的问题,不断完善职业体验课程体系,并全面推广。

Vocational rejuvenation vocational experience curriculum includes three levels of experience, namely, career awareness experience, career knowledge experience and career technical experience. Based on these three aspects, the author defines the development process of vocational experience curriculum, that is, to determine the experience field, experience the task, learn the situation, and apply it in practice. At the same time, in view of the problems that appear in practice, we should constantly improve the professional experience curriculum system and promote it in an all-round way.
