随着户外运动的火热,在享受户外运动带来乐趣的同时,却难以避免安全事故的发生,故攀岩教练员的各方面素质就很有必要进行系统分析。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对北京市部分俱乐部攀岩运动的开展现状及教练员从业素质进行研究。了解到俱乐部比较看重的是教练员的职业资格证书、责任心和安全意识以及语言组织沟通能力,攀岩教练员最重要的素质是基本技术、责任心、安全防护能力,本文将从理论方向出发结合实际,为更好的推广和普及攀岩运动提供指导意义。
