人的一生难免伤病。就医,干部和军人有公费,工人有劳保。农民有什么? 1993年进行过的一次《国家卫生服务总调查分析》中报告:全国农村居民自费医疗的比例平均为84.11％,经济差的三四类农村地区则高达90％以上,有25％的农民患者无钱看病,有89.2％的应住院治疗的农民患者因经济原因没能住院治疗,因病致贫的农户占贫困农户的40.3％……
People’s lives are inevitably hurt. Medical treatment, cadres and soldiers have public expenses, workers have labor insurance. What did the farmer have?
