进口录像机的新产品大多带有卡拉OK功能,如松下的NV-J23、NV-J27,夏普的VC-K88、VC-K89、VC-K800,日立的VT-M777等型录像机。本文结合卡拉OK原理,对日立VT-M777机的卡拉OK电路进行分析。一、BBD器件 BBD(Bucket Brigade Device)器件是计链式电荷耦合型音频延迟线的英文缩写,采用金属-氧化物-半导体场效应管(MOS FET)和MOS电容组成,其基本结构如图1所示。在MOS场效应管的栅极加CP1、CP2时钟脉冲,波形见图2(a)、(b)。若输入信号U_λ是一个正弦波的音频信号,CP1时钟信号使BG_1、BG_3、BG_5晶体管(以下简称奇数管)导通,CP2时钟信号则使BG_2、BG_4、BG_6晶体管(以下简称偶数管)导通。
