航空发动机产品从型号数量上相比以往要成几倍的增长,而研制周期要求越来越短,从而对航空制造业提出了快速、高效、灵活的发展要求。文章通过梳理智能制造的关键技术,阐述了建立智能生产线的实施方案。通过利用工艺成组优化技术、自动交换工作台技术、数据采集与分析技术、自动化物流仓储技术等智能制造技术,提高生产制造效率,提高航空企业智能制造的应用水平,促进航空产品研制模式的转变。
