由肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌所致的严重腹泻较少见。现将1987年9月我市发现的肺炎克雷伯氏菌腹泻一例报告如下。患者欧某,男性,70岁,中山市小枧镇某厂工人。因腹泻1天30余次、伴呕吐2次,于1987年9月2日下午入小枧人民医院。翌晨,该院以“1、急性胃肠炎,2、副霍乱待排除”报我站。患者一向在单位食堂就餐,入院前一天(9月1日)中午在食堂食豆腐。当日下午三时,觉腹部隐痛,继而腹泻,排黄色水样粘液便。同一食堂其他进餐者,未发现类似情况。
Severe diarrhea caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae is less common. A case of Klebsiella pneumoniae diarrhea found in our city in September 1987 is reported below. Patient Ou Mou, male, 70 years old, a factory worker in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City. The next morning, the hospital to “1, acute gastroenteritis, 2, vice cholera to be excluded” reported I stand. Patients have always been in the canteen dining unit, the day before admission (September 1) at noon in the cafeteria eating tofu. Three o’clock in the afternoon, feeling abdominal pain, then diarrhea, row of yellow watery mucus. The same canteen other diners, did not find a similar situation.
