多媒体辅助英语教学堪称英语教学的革命,它以形象生动、内容丰富、信息量大、能增强教学趣味,激发学生学习兴趣等优势而深受广大教师青睐。但也会出现课件制作过于华丽,淡化了教学目的;大量灌输信息使学生对知识的内化、吸收不够;忽视了学生的主体地位,课堂缺少互动性等弊端。我们应不断探索和实践,使大学英语多媒体辅助教学日趋完善。
Multimedia-assisted English teaching is a revolution in English teaching. It is favored by teachers because of its vivid image, rich content, large amount of information, enhanced teaching interest, and inspiring students’ interest in learning. However, courseware production may be too flashy, which weakens the purpose of teaching; a large amount of instilling information makes students lack of internalization and absorption of knowledge; it neglects the main position of students and the lack of interaction in classes. We should continue to explore and practice so that multimedia-assisted instruction in college English is increasingly perfect.
