目的:研究EDTA络合法对银杏叶提取物中重金属含量的影响。方法:采用ICP-OES法,考察不同浓度EDTA溶液对银杏叶提取物中重金属含量的去除效果。结果:经EDTA处理后,银杏叶样品液中重金属含量下降51.2%,达到药典标准。结论:EDTA可通过络合作用降低银杏叶提取物中重金属的含量,方法操作简单、易行,可作为银杏叶提取物中重金属含量超标时前处理的方法。
Objective: To study the influence of EDTA complexation on the content of heavy metals in Ginkgo biloba extract. Methods: ICP-OES method was used to study the effect of different concentrations of EDTA solution on the removal of heavy metals in Ginkgo biloba extract. Results: After EDTA treatment, the content of heavy metals in Ginkgo biloba sample solution decreased by 51.2%, reaching the pharmacopoeia standard. Conclusion: EDTA can reduce the content of heavy metals in the extract of Ginkgo biloba by complexation. The method is simple and easy to operate and can be used as a pretreatment method when the content of heavy metals in Ginkgo biloba extract exceeds the standard.
