目的观察联合运用桂枝茯苓胶囊和抗生素资料盆腔炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将该院于2015年1月—2017年1月收治的116例盆腔炎患者分为对照组(抗生素治疗)和实验组(抗生素+桂枝茯苓胶囊)。结果实验组总有效率91.38%高于对照组79.30%(P<0.05),而两组不良反应发生率(12.07%vs 13.79%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合茯苓桂枝胶囊和抗生素治疗盆腔炎,疗效显著,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined use of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and antibiotic data pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with pelvic inflammatory disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group (antibiotic treatment) and experimental group (antibiotic + Guizhi Fuling capsule). Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 91.38% higher than that in control group (79.30%, P <0.05), but the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.07% (13.79%) in two groups. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Combined Poria Guizhi capsules and antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, significant effect, high safety, with clinical value.
