目的观察自拟方尿路排石汤配合西药治疗尿路结石的疗效。方法对120例尿路结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予自拟尿路排石汤配合西药治疗;对照组予西药对症治疗,两组均接受10天为一疗程、共3个疗程的治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论自拟方尿路排石汤配合西药治疗尿路结石有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of self-designed urinary Pai Pai Decoction combined with Western medicine on urinary calculi. Methods A total of 120 patients with urolithiasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with urinary Paishi Decoction combined with western medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment. Both groups received 10 days as a course of treatment, a total of 3 A course of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The prescription side urinary Paishi Decoction with Western medicine treatment of urinary tract stones have a better clinical efficacy.
