目的建立健儿消食口服液中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为:Prodigy ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱为分析柱;甲醇-水-冰醋酸(v/v,47∶53∶1.5)为流动相;检测波长280nm;柱温35℃;流速为1.2mL/min。结果在0.284~3.540μg范围内,黄芩苷进样量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.33%,RSD=0.58%(n=6)。结论该法简便快速,分析结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于健儿消食口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Jianerxiaoshi oral liquid. Methods HPLC was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Prodigy ODS (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) as analytical column; methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (v/v, 47∶53:1.5) as mobile phase; detection wavelength 280 nm; column temperature 35°C; flow rate 1.2 mL/min. Results In the range of 0.284-3.540 μg, there was a good linear relationship between the injection amount of baicalin and peak area response, r=0.9999; the average recovery was 100.33%, and RSD was 0.58% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Jianerxiaoxiao Oral Liquid.
