目的··:研究吗啡依赖大鼠胰岛B ,D细胞的变化 ,探讨吗啡依赖对胰岛B ,D细胞分泌功能的影响。方法··:皮下注射吗啡建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型 ,用免疫组织化学和图像分析方法观察胰岛B ,D细胞的变化。结果··:吗啡依赖大鼠胰岛B细胞免疫反应增强(P<0.01) ;胰岛D细胞免疫反应减弱(P<0.05)。结论··:吗啡依赖可引起胰岛B细胞合成分泌胰岛素的功能增强 ,胰岛D细胞合成分泌生长抑素的功能减弱。
Objective · · To study morphological changes of pancreatic islet B and D cells in morphine dependent rats and explore the effect of morphine dependence on the secretion of pancreatic islets B and D cells. Methods · · · Morphine-dependent rat model was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine, and the changes of islet B and D cells were observed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results ····: The morphological changes of pancreatic islet B cells in morphine dependent rats were enhanced (P <0.01); the immune response of islet D cells was weakened (P <0.05). Conclusions ······: Morphine dependence can induce the function of islet B cells to synthesize and secrete insulin, and the function of islet D cells synthesizing somatostatin is weakened.
