低钾血症在临床比较常见,因喂养不当发生呕吐、厌食,过食糖类等原因引起低钾血症并导致全身无力瘫痪的报告不多,且容易疏忽误诊。本文报告4例这样的婴儿,均经补钾并改进喂养、调整饮食而治愈,以引起重视。【例1】男,5 1/2月,因“全身肌肉无力、逐渐加重3天”入院。患儿系单用奶糕人工喂养。无呕吐腹泻,无明显发热,不抽搐。既往体健,家族史无异常。以“软
