５４例（６６只眼）原发性青光眼晚期患者行小梁切除术。术后对５４只眼（５－氟尿嘧啶组２９只眼、对照组２５只眼）追踪观察１２～４３个月。结果表明：５－Ｆｕ组术后眼压峰值和波动差值明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；眼压峰值下降率高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；５－Ｆｕ组不同随访时点手术成功率也明显高于对照组。术后视野变化与眼压下降率及眼灌注压明显相关。
54 patients (66 eyes) with primary glaucoma were treated with trabeculectomy. 54 eyes (29 in 5-fluorouracil group and 25 in control group) were followed up for 12 to 43 months. The results showed that the difference of intraocular pressure (IOP) peak and fluctuation in 5-Fu group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05), and the decrease rate of IOP was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) At different follow-up points, the success rate of surgery was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Postoperative visual field changes and intraocular pressure decreased rate and ocular perfusion pressure was significantly correlated.
