钢结硬质合金经锻造和未经锻造在制成的模具使用寿命方面究竟有多少差别?需做对比试验。为此,我厂对TLMW50和GT35两种材料按不同工艺制成的槽冲模进行了寿命试验。锻造工艺参照江西机械研究所等写的“钢结硬质合金模具材料自由锻造工艺的试验研究报告”一文。其规范是:镦粗→滚圆(1~3火次)→先锻两侧面→后锻顶面(4~6火次,反复锻打至要求尺寸(7~10火次)。始锻温度为1200℃左右,终锻温度GT—35为900~950℃;TLMW50为850~900℃。
What is the difference between the hardened and the non-forged steel hardened cemented carbide in the service life of the mold? Need to do comparative test. To this end, I plant TLMW50 and GT35 two materials according to different processes made slot die life test. Forging process with reference to Jiangxi Institute of Machinery and wrote the “Steel Carbide Die Materials Free Forging Process Research Report” article. The specifications are: upsetting → rounding (1 ~ 3 fire times) → first forging both sides → after forging the top surface (4 ~ 6 fire times, repeated forging to the required size (7 ~ 10 fire times.) Forging temperature 1200 ℃, the final forging temperature GT-35 is 900 ~ 950 ℃; TLMW50 is 850 ~ 900 ℃.
