提出了集邮强国的六条标准。并从发展集邮产业化、培养一批年轻专家、积极参与国际集邮交流、举办邮展和制作获奖邮集等方面论述了实现集邮强国之措施。国际交流中要维护中国集邮组织的正当权益,强调要有我们自己的邮展规则。
Put forward six criteria for philately strong country. And from the development of the industrialization of philately, train a group of young experts, actively participate in international philatelic exchange, hold postal exhibition and make award-winning philatelic etc. discusses the measures to achieve philately power. International exchanges must safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of China’s philatelic organizations, emphasizing that we have our own rules of postal service.
