本实验是对碳-环氧复合材料分层检测的初步尝试。本文叙述了全息无损检测的基本原理、设备和方法。从六块单向铺层平板人工分层试件实验结果,可以证明本方法可检测出深度为1.2毫米,10×10(毫米)的分层缺陷。并将实验结果和X光检测结果做了对比。文中附有检测结果全息照片。
This experiment is an initial attempt to stratify carbon-epoxy composites. This paper describes the basic principles, equipment and methods of holographic NDT. The experimental results of artificial layered specimens from six unidirectional ply slabs demonstrate that the method can detect delamination defects with depths of 1.2 mm and 10 × 10 (mm). The experimental results and X-ray test results were compared. Attached with the test results of holographic photographs.
