Design and development of a virtual community model of the chemical site - “Chemical Village”, which integrates the current Internet in many convenient and practical means of communication, and design a set of Web-based chemical professional information online entry program. The operation shows that it can become a platform for chemical and chemical workers to carry out specialized knowledge, academic and information exchanges.
