乳胶互穿聚合物网络(乳胶IPN)是用改进的乳液聚合法合成的一类在微观区域内互穿的聚合物共混体系。在一般乳胶IPN中,由于各乳胶IPN颗粒之间在化学上是相互独立的,凝聚或成膜后它们之间仅靠范德华力和链间缠绕作用结合在一起,因此,其机械性能较差,高温时容易发生蠕变现象。我们曾报道了聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯酸丁酯(PS/PnBA)乳胶IPN的合成和研究,本文报道在乳胶IPN颗粒之间引入离子性交联键的PS/PnBA乳胶IPN的合成和研究。
Latex interpenetrating polymer network (latex IPN) is a type of polymer blends interpenetrated in the microscopic region synthesized by a modified emulsion polymerization. In general latex IPN, as the latex IPN particles are chemically independent of each other, after coalescing or filming between them by virtue of van der Waals force and inter-chain entanglement together, so its mechanical properties are poor, High temperature prone to creep phenomenon. We have reported the synthesis and study of polystyrene / polybutyl acrylate (PS / PnBA) latex IPNs. We report the synthesis and study of PSN / PnBA latex IPNs with ionic crosslinks between latex IPN particles.
