应用热丝风速仪、压力传感器小惯性仪表,对轴流式压缩机孤立工作轮气流旋转脱离现象,进行了实验研究。实验得出了该压缩机工作轮的性能曲线是断开式的,测出了脱离传播速度和脱离团数,并对旋转脱离之脈动气流的速度、压力进行了测量。同时还对压缩机喘振现象进行了初步的观察。本文以“轴流式压缩机叶栅中的旋转脱离问题”一文的理论分析为基础,对与气流切向速度,轴向速度比有关的脱离传播速度公式作了某些发展。最后将实验结果对文献和本文的理论分析进行了初步的比较与验证。
A hot wire anemometer and a pressure sensor small inertial meter were used in the experiment to study the phenomenon that the rotating airflow of the isolated working wheel of the axial compressor was separated. The experimental results show that the performance curve of the working wheel of the compressor is broken, and the speed and pressure of the pulsating air flow that is detached from the rotation are measured. At the same time, the phenomenon of compressor surge was also observed. Based on the theoretical analysis of the article “Problem of Rotation Detachment in Axial Compressor Cascade”, this paper makes some developments on the formula of breakaway propagation velocity related to tangential velocity and axial velocity ratio of airflow. Finally, the experimental results of the literature and the theoretical analysis of a preliminary comparison and verification.
